CapperBoard (“we”) is the public record for sports betting. This policy explains what we collect when you use capperboard.com, how we use it, how long we keep it, and your choices. We collect only first-party data through our own site — we do not sell your data or use third-party advertising trackers.
To understand how the product is used and to keep it secure, we record first-party analytics about visits:
We do not use this information to identify you personally beyond your CapperBoard account, and we do not combine unrelated anonymous visitors based on IP, device, or location.
Account information is retained for as long as your account exists. Analytics and network data, including IP addresses, are retained to support the purposes above. Raw IP addresses may be retained indefinitely unless you request deletion; derived, non-identifying analytics (such as aggregate counts and approximate location) may be retained after any raw IP is removed.
We use first-party cookies and browser local storage for authentication (keeping you signed in) and for the visitor identifier and preferences described above. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run CapperBoard (our hosting and database/authentication providers) under their terms, and where required by law.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, including your account data and stored IP/network records, by contacting us. Depending on your location you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. You can clear the first-party visitor identifier at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
Detailed analytics, including IP and network data, are accessible only to authorized CapperBoard administrators through internal tools and are not exposed in any public interface or API.
