They have momentum in their favor as they have won three straight games, all being blowouts. Tulane comes into this game 2-3 and without their coach from last year, Jon Sumrall, this team has taken a few steps in the wrong direction. -These two teams are very different on the offensive side of the ball. The #Memphis Tigers have one of the best rushing attacks in the nation ranking 7th out of 139 schools rushing for 247 yards per game and they have a top 30 passing offense to go along with it as well as they pass for 270 yards a game. The Memphis Tigers are averaging over 38 points per game as their offense looks stout. Tulanes offense is underwhelming as they rank 124th in points per game putting up 18 a contest and they rank 118th in passing yards per game and 74th in rushing yards per game. -The #Tulane Green Waves worst attribute of their team is on the defensive side. This Green Wave squad run defense cannot stop the run whatsoever as they rank 135th out of 139 FBS schools allowing 219 rushing yards per game. With how good Memphis runs the ball I expect the one-two punch of Jaylin Carter and Manny Covey to run all over this Green Wave defense. -The Tampa Bay #Rays have the pitching advantage over the Cleveland #Guardians as they will be pitching Nick Martinez who ended his regular season off with an ERA of 3.10, and a WHIP of 1.09 while the Cleveland Guardians will be pitching Tanner Bibee who ended his regular season off with an ERA of 4.36, a WHIP of 1.22, and in his last 6 appearances he has an ERA of 7.97 so he has been struggling as of late.
