More random thoughts on Rams Bills: Rams D is legit and I expect it to get even better assuming Garrett and Donald are healthy etc on the field together a lot. Trent McDuffie is the D acquisition of the off season thus far and perhaps the best CB in the NFL. DJ Moore unlikely to play means throws to the outside could be more challenging for Josh Allen tonight vs elite coverage. But this is still Josh Allen who can play Superman better than any QB in football. Yes it can come with some mistakes but he’s a force of nature capable of just willing his O to points. Tonight I think they will need just that along with a productive game from James Cook. And it’s hard not to see more targets for a Dalton Kincaid, especially with Coleman and Shakir facing stiff challenges vs Watson and McDuffie respectively. The Rams have had a challenging travel schedule going back to the Australia debacle and road games at Phily and Denver. They are back home tonight and about to get a nice soft stretch in the schedule. If they can win this one, they have a real opportunity to get themselves in great playoff position. And let’s not forget, a horrific late PI call cost them the Den game or they are 3-1 with the one misfire being in Australia when they flew in last min. Stafford has thrown some of the more bizarre balls of his recent career for INTs and almost INTs this season and he needs to clean that up tonight. Don’t give Allen extra possessions.
